Overview
Most agencies run their delivery out of a mailbox and a spreadsheet. Rêve Digital replaces both: clients are onboarded, projects tracked, pages reviewed, assets collected and feedback captured in one system, so nothing about a build lives only in someone's inbox.
The dashboard is built around a single question: what needs attention right now. Overdue projects, leads nobody has replied to, and fresh uploads surface at the top of the Overview before anything else, so the day starts with the work that's slipping rather than with a search for it.
Features
The Overview leads with a needs-attention queue: projects due within days, leads waiting on a first reply, uploads that just landed. Each row is one click from the thing it's about, so triage happens on the page instead of across six tabs.
Projects, Submissions, Clients, Team and Feedback are separate sections of the same platform, so an enquiry becomes a client, a client becomes a project and a project becomes a launch without leaving the tool or re-entering anything.
Active projects, launches this month, launched this quarter, open issues and client count each read as a live tile, and the small print underneath is the useful half: two leads older than 24 hours, the next launch date, the newest client by name.
A team roster, assigned avatars and a notification count mean the same board works whether one person or five are on it, and everyone sees the same state of play.
