Full E-Commerce Build
Training plans, subscriptions, and one-off orders all run through the same system, with an admin dashboard behind it so products, subscribers, and orders can be managed without opening the code.
Service-Based E-Commerce
A Dutch running-coaching business turned into a full e-commerce platform, with training-plan sales, subscription coaching, and an admin dashboard to run it all, for a coach based in Weesp.
Overview
I didn't just design Mindfuel, I engineered it to work as hard as the runners it serves. Every layer, from iDEAL checkout to the admin dashboard, was built end-to-end: subscriptions that renew without friction, orders that route themselves, and a premium feel that earns trust before the first payment.
This is what happens when design and development are treated as one process, not two.
Features
Training plans, subscriptions, and one-off orders all run through the same system, with an admin dashboard behind it so products, subscribers, and orders can be managed without opening the code.
Most Dutch runners pay by iDEAL, not card, so it's integrated end-to-end with webhook confirmation. Payment status updates the order automatically, with no manual checking required.
Runners check plans and progress between sessions, often on their phone, so every page, from schema pricing to the dashboard, holds up at any screen size.
Coaching is a trust decision, so the design stays quiet: dark tones, generous space, and real training photography doing the talking instead of a busy interface.
